This apartment is completely furnished, well-ventilated and is walking distance to the very nice and extensive Barra da Tijuca beach. It is also located a short drive away from some of the most complete shopping malls in the city, with various kinds of restaurants close by.
It is located within the enclosed neighborhood of Beton, at 2605 Gastão Formenti St., and the building also has a 24 hour doorman.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms with balconies, two bathrooms, dining room, living room with balcony, kitchen, and a small housekeeper's suite (which also includes a small bathroom). The priviledge of indoor parking for one car is also awarded to the resident of this apartment. |

throughout the entire year. We rent to a
maximum of four people (no children and no pets!)
for a minimum of three days and
a maximum of two weeks. |
