| The Northshore of Kauai is so special. You will enjoy the natural beauty all around you and chances are you will see dolphins and whales right from your lanai or bed. Some of the best surfing is just across the bay and you can watch it from this property. All land and ocean activities are close by. Walk to the beach or just kick back and take it all in. |
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $ 300.00 deposit is due within 7 days of booking, to confirm your reservation. Any loss or damage to the rental property will be deducted from your deposit. Return of your deposit can take up to 2 weeks.
PAYMENT: Full/balance payment due no later than 60 days prior to check-in. If booking/payment is within 30 days of your check-in date, the funds need to be paid in ¿cash form¿ ¿ Official Bank Check, Cashier¿s Check, Money Order or Bank Wire Transfer.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS:
For cancellations prior to 60 days of your check-in date, your deposit will be refunded, less $50 processing fee. For cancellations within 60 days of your check-in date, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations after rent due date will forfeit rent and taxes (unless dates can be re-booked).
