This bright, yet cool, condo has a private lanai that offers a view of both ocean and mountains. In addition to being right across the street from from one of Maui's most beautiful and private beaches, Kameole II, you will enjoy being close to grocery stores, shops, movie theaters, restaurants and bi-weekly farmers market. Snorkeling, whale watching and windsurfing are close by. The condo has 2 beautiful swimming pools. There is a fabulous area at pool number one that has 6 gas fired bbq grills, as well as an eating area, consisting of tables and chairs, along with a fridge, outdoor sink, and vending machine. Every evening the smell of delicious bbq. food floats through the air giving you that wonderful vacation feeling.
The condo has beautiful bamboo flooring that makes it second to none. There are ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom. There are beautiful cross breezes in this condo, and sometimes the need for the fans is not necessary.There is also an air conditioner, but most people enjoy the breeze instead.
There is also a championship tennis court on site with refrigerated water to refresh yourself. Having seen what is available in Kihei, this condo offers the vacationer the most value for their money. Location, location, and location, as well as a beautifully maintained property.

This condo is fully equipped. There is nothing you will need. All dishes, and pots and pans, cuttlery, etc are completely supplied. All linens, towels, soap and laundry detergent. The unit has a stacked washer and dryer, as well as a full size brand new fridge, a dishwasher, garbage disposer, and gas stove. Great for fast cooking. All small appliances such as toaster, blender, coffee maker are supplied. There is a very nice entertainment centre in the living room consisting of a tv, dvd/vcr, stereo which plays cd's as well. In the bedroom there is a clock radio and stereo system also.
We have supplied a cordless phone/answering machine. Everything for pleasure of the guest. |
| There is beautiful swimming beach directly across the street from this condo. Kameole II. It is rock, and seaweed free. Absolutely beautiful. You have fabulous sunsets to enjoy at your doorstep. It takes exactly 2 minutes from the time you leave the condo, until you are on the beach. There are championship golf courses only minutes away. As this is a top floor condo, your view is excellent as you have breakfast on your lanai. Enjoy. There are boogie boards, and beach chairs supplied . Also an ice chest to keep your drinks cool at the beach. |

This is a beautiful condo, and there is no smoking, or pets allowed. We wish to keep this unit in beautiful condition, so as to make your stay a very happy one. No shoes in condo please. |

Fall Season: 8/16/ to 12/20/ $95 per night plus 11.42% tax
Holiday Season: 12/21 to1/5/, $120 per night plus 11.42% tax
Winter Season: 1/06/ to 04/15/, $100 per night plus 11.42% tax
There is a 10% discount for3 weeks or longer.
Minimum stay is 7 nights, otherwise there is a $70 cleaning fee.
