You are just steps away from the beach as you visit our beautiful oceanfront condos with all the amenities and yet all the conviences of home. There are two great pools, one a salt water pool with waves crashing over the side, as it sits on the ocean. There is a fresh water pool as well as lush gardens and fountains in the interior of the complex. There is a barbeque with a cabana on the beach, where you can cook your dinner, socialize and watch the sun set. You can talk story with incredible people who have the aloha spirit and bask in the sunshine. There is so much to do-swim on the white sand beachs (our favorite is Mauna Kea), or visit beaches with green, black, yellow or red sand, buggy board on the disappearing White Sands Beach, surf, snorkel (our favorite spot is nearby Keahou Bay), dive day and night among lava caves, whale watch, swim with dolphins, watch sea life, visit Volcanos National Park and explore lush lava caves, engage in your own night life, sunset cruises, walks on the beach, watch the sunset, shoot the flume, take a mule or house back ride, ride a bike, sail ro windsurf, run the Iron Man, visit a waterfall and swim in the cool pool below, see tropical gardens and buy orchids in Hilo the wettest town around, eat, drink and be merry, rest, relax or run all over the Big Island. | These delux ocean front condos have a king-queen sized bed and a couch that is queen sized-so they sleep four comfortably. There is original artwork on the walls and the bedrooms have ample closet/dresser space. They are recently refurbished and sparkling clean. A welcome basket awaits you, as you enter. There is a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, a stove and oven, mirowave, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker and refridgerator, as well as laundry facitilies for your convience. There is a dining area and a living room with a couches and a chair, a TV, VCR/DVD and stereo. There is a lanai with an ocean view to sip your coffee and eat breakfast while watching the ocean and breathing the sea air. It is not to be missed! You can eat inside, on the lanai or outside in the barbeque area by the ocean and beach. The bathroom has a double sink, all the linens and towels plus a blow dryer. You will feel comfortable, relaxed and ready to swim in the salt water or fresh water pool! There is a little market at Casa and they make the biggest sandwiches you have ever seen, when you get lazy and don't want to make lunch or just get off the plane. If you forget your bathing suit you can buy one on site too. |

Hi-I am Beth and the owner of Casa de Emdeko condos. We just purchased them because we love Kona so much and it was our third time back. We were sitting on the beach when a woman came up to us and asked us how many times we had been to Kona and we said three, she told us that after three visits you had to stay. She was right.
My favorite part about the condo is the salt water pool-it feels so wonderful to swim in it, as the waves crash and you watch the sunset. My favorite part about the unit is the lanai where you can watch the ocean while you eat or relax. Also the people are friendly and love to talk story.
I love to beach it at Mauna Kea and snorkle. Kapaluu, Place of Refuge and Captain Cook are mu favorite snorkle spots. I have a special sea turtle named Henry who follows me out of the water when I go to Kapaluu. You can see Manta Rays there at night, as well.
Dancing the hula is something I want to learn to do and I love to watch the dancers. I learn something new every time I am in Kona-may you have a great time in our condo as well.
