SECURITY DEPOSIT: $150 deposit due within 7 days of booking to confirm your reservation. Any loss or damage to the rental property will be deducted from your deposit. Return of your deposit can take up to 2 weeks.
PAYMENT: Full/balance due no later than 60 days prior to checkin. Funds need to be paid by official bank check, cashiers check, money order, bank wire transfer, or Paypal. |

| For cancellations prior to 60 days of your check in date, your deposit will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. For cancellations within 60 days of your check in date your rent and taxes will be forfeited unless the dates can be re-booked. |
