Hana Palms Retreat: Within the estate are two residences, the Palms House and the Garden House which has two complete residental units. These homes are surrounded by the beauty and serenity of lush tropical botanical gardens.
The retreat can accommodate individuals, couples and up to 14 people. Ideal for retreat groups and family gatherings.
The Garden House has two separate and complete residences. They share an outdoor covered hottub.
The Garden Upper Residence has 3 bedrooms: sun room with queen bed, bedroom with 2 twin beds, bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, large living and dining area. $175/night plus 11.42% Hawaii Tax. Accommodation: 6 people. Two night minimum.
The Garden Lower Residence has 2 bedrooms: bedroom with 2 twin beds, bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, living and dining area. $125/night plus 11.42% Hawaii Tax. Accommodation: 4 people. Two night minimum.
The Palms House has 2 bedrooms: Upper large master bedroom queen bed with 1/2 bath, lower bedroom queen bed, full kitchen, living room, sun porch dining area, bathroom, outdoor covered shower/bath on porch, outdoors covered hottub. $225/night plus 11.42% Hawaii Tax. Hana Palms Botanical Garden Ecotour: Visitors can enjoy a self-guided educational tour along grassy pathways winding through the gardens. Through Gardenland's emphasis on agritourism, visitors learn about the remarkable agricultural biodiversity of the rich Hana Coast bioregion. Signs identify over 150 specimens of palm trees, exotic plants and fruit trees, showing common name, scientific name and country of origin.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Payments may be made by Visa or Mastercard, or check, by email or phone.
50% deposit is due within 1 week from the date the reservation is made. Balance is payable 30 days before arrival. For cancellations, a full refund, minus 10% service charge will be give on any cancellation made 60 days before arrival with the exception of holiday periods. If you cancel in less than 60 days before arrival, refund is subject to rebooking the reserved time. |
Two night minimum stay is required.
Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
For longer stays, house cleaning and laundry occurs every 4th day.

We ask our guests to respect the privacy of our neighbors, since loud voices and music can carry a long way, disturbing the ambiance of the neighborhood. After 11 PM our neighbors appreciate the quiet and peacefulness of the Hana night, accompanied by the natural sounds of the lush rainforest and welcoming rain. |
