A smartly decorated unit with all the amenities to make your vacation one to remember. The ocean and mountain views from the lanai are spectacular. There is private parking and a security gate on the property. This unit is located across the street from the Hilton Waikoloa Village,next to the Beach Course and a three minute drive to the Kings Course. The unit can sleep six with a king-size bed, two singles, and a queen-size sleeper sofa.
Viewed from the lanai and a short walking distance is (ABAY)Anaehoomalu Bay. The Bay lends itself for the best in water sports. Within walking distance are the King Shops offering the best in shopping and a variety of fine restaurants for your dining pleasure.

A rental deposit of $500 is 100% refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival. The Security Deposit is 100% refundable for any cancellation.
If cancelled less than 60 days of arrival then the rental deposit refund will be pro-rated based on the days the unit is re-rented. |

The unit is spacious and awesome!! It has everything you need including a VCR for the TV, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit, etc. and it's super clean. It's very modern and comfortable. I'll miss swimming my morning laps in the pool. The location is ideal, minutes to the best beaches. We took a helicopter tour of the island that we recommend, Blue Hawaiian, it's minutes from the condo on the highway. Thanks for the delux accommodations and your excellent instructions and suggestions for everything. We look forward to returning soon, we wish it could be tomorrow!!

01/11/03 Positive We had a great time in a great place to stay. Perfect weather every day. We played tennis and the kids enjoyed the beach at the Outrigger just across the street. Great condo with all furnishings and amenities. Very well decorated and complete. Exceptional view of "A" Bay with a spectacular show of fireworks on New Years Eve. We had a front row seat from the lanai. King's Shops being so close made our grocery shopping easy. Thanks for being so thoughtful with all of the little "extras" that made staying there comfortable and easy.
