Just north of San Pedro, we are right on the beach, a pristine white sandy beach with lounges and hammocks and lush tropical vegetation. We have a world-class freshwater swimming pool with a lap area, jacuzzi and swim-up and sit-down bar; a fleet of bicycles available for $5 a day and complimentary kayaks; a private dock w/activities center, for excursion pickups by qualified and carefully selected guides; a beachfront volleyball court; a private tennis court for free play; and a knowledgeable, caring, resident staff to arrange all excursions, including Mayan ruins explorations, cave tubing, fishing, snorkeling and dive trips with experienced, certified guidemasters. We also have a highly-regarded, full-service, three-meals-a-day, drink-specials-every-day restaurant/sports lounge, The Upper Deck, with dramatic views in all directions. You can also cook in if you like, in your fully-equipped kitchen, shopping at San Pedro supermarkets or ordering provisions to be stocked in your unit for your arrival. You can also rent golf carts on site for fun jaunts to San Pedro.
Our accommodations are quality units, fully air-conditioned and nicely furnished, including all linens, and are adaptable to differing guest needs. Beach-level units provide queen-sized beds, and each unit also has a comfortable sleeper/couch in the living room. Upper-level units, besides a queen in the bedroom, have two sleep sofas (on the loft as well). Upper and lower units can also be connected, great for families and couples traveling together. All units provide satellite TV, have private terraces facing the sea, and there is maid service every day except on Sundays. Water taxis and ferries take guests back and forth to San Pedro several times a day and into the evening -- it's a fun 15-minute ride to the center of Town. Thus our guests have quiet and privacy when they want it, as well as easy access to the many pleasures of San Pedro whenever they seek it.
Registration by phone is invited, or via our website, by accessing a booking form on our opening screen. Our cancellation policy is detailed there as well. Confirmations are immediate, followed by considerable emailed information to help travelers prepare for their trip and optimize their time on the island. We book our guests' connecting flights from Belize International to San Pedro on the island, meet our guests at the San Pedro airport, and, at our cost, bring our guests to the resort on our own boat, where they are welcomed at our private dock, helped with their luggage, and escorted to their unit.

These per-night rates are in U.S. dollars, and are for double occupancy. Addditional adult occupants in any unit add $20 per night, each; teens 13-18 add $10 each, per night. There is no extra charge for children 12 or under. There is a 9% government room tax; no additional service or gratuity charge.
A non-refundable 20% deposit, paid by Visa or Mastercard, is required upon booking. Balances will be charged on a schedule which varies with the season, but generally is approximately 45-60 days before arrival. The full amount will be charged when arrival is within 45 days. All charge transactions will be confirmed by email within 24 hours. Bookings by phone will also be accepted.
Cancellations: If a personal or medical emergency, independently documented or verified in writing by a medical practitioner, is the cause for cancellation, a credit toward alternate dates acceptable to both parties will be provided, for the same number of nights. A $100 re-booking fee will be charged to cover administrative expenses. Refunds for non-emergency cancellations, less the non-refundable 20% deposit and a $100 administrative fee, will be made only if the guest provides ample written notice and the resort is able to rent that same accommodation, for the same dates, to others. |
