The Residence, Bosco della Spina, inaugurated in December 1999, is a renovation of an ancient Medieval farm : the vinaia, the granaries, the stables located in the ancient town of Lupompesi. Borgo of which the origins are lost in time from the Roman to the Barbarian eras up to the Etruscs.
The estate accurately includes in the Borgo 14 Suites of various sizes, the Reception, the Bar, the shopping room where genuine goods of the farm are sold, the Restaurant with a fireplace and a large terrace, a private outdoor parking, swimming pool, a little fitness center, and a meeting room.
Types of apartments :
9 Suites Confort : a master bedroom, living room with sofa-beds, bar-kitchen, refrigerator, radiant panels for cooling and heating, direct telephone line, bathroom with shower, TV with satellite antenna. Min. 2 persons Max. 4 persons
1 Suite « Plus » :as the suite Confort, but with two bathrooms
1 Suite De Luxe : as the Suite Plus, but with private terrace and garden.
2 Suite Superior: composed of a bedroom with a big bed and a bathroom at the first floor, a big living room with sofa beds, a bathroom, bar-kitchen and terrace. Min 4 pax, max 6 pax.
1 Suite Tower : The tower is a three floor apartment ( one on top the other, just like a tower ) all have a view of the valley and of the Tuscan hills.
The ground floor has one living room with two sofa beds, one bathroom, a little kitchen and a private terrace.
The first flloor has a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom.
The second floor has a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
The Restaurant offers a particulary refined Tuscan kitchen with ancient Medieval Tuscan recipes; products of our farm, wide selection of Chianti wines. In the exposition room of the Residence you can buy the goods of the farm estate such as honey marmalades, typical pastry of Siena, virgin olive oil. To be mentioned are some furniture

| There are medieval festivals in cities on the contry side and all the region is famous for the many museum of each interest. Siena is very famous for the horses rase of the Palio. |
| We don't required deposit. At the moment of reservation we need just credit card details that we will take just for guarantee. We will charge money just in case of cancellation not in terms. |

The half board cost Euro 36 per day per person without wine and dessert. The supplement for each person in addition of the minimum occupation is Euro 40. Children untill 3 years old are free and for children from 3 to 12 years have the discount of the 50%. The supplement for the animals is Euro 4 per day.
