It is possible to visite Murano,Burano,Torcello,Lido.During summer it is possible to go to the famous beach on the Lido with the boat which stpo at the S.Marc/S.Zaccaria just nesr the apartments(only 10 minutes by boat).Murano: the main attraction of Murano is a visit to one of its artisan shops to assist a demonstration of the glass-blowing tecnique through which real masterpieces of glass are created.Burano: the most picturesque of the Lagoon Islands,is situated in a northem lonely part and is visible from the distance bacause of its high bell tower.Here is still developed lace handicraft and this tradition led to found a professional school called "Scuola dei Merletti".Is very difficult to find original lace of Burano because the expensive specimens require weeks of hard work.
