Unlike the all-inclusive resorts, where your food is prepaid in a package, staying in a villa allows you to experience Negril to the fullest by trying the various restaurants along the beach or cliffs. Room service is also available from our oceanfront Irie On The Beach Bar & Restaurant. With the villas, come a housekeeping staff, gardener, 24-hour security and office personnel. Our villas and suites all feature French doors leading to patios or decks. A/C, ceiling fans. Cable TV, In room DSL Internet connection, telephones, in-room safes. Tile floors and baths. The villas are available with options such as full kitchens or kitchenettes. Dining/living room, and Queen size futon couch/beds. All kitchens are fully stocked with refrigerator, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker and dishes.

Beach House Jamaican Villas is located directly on Negril Beach, only feet from the water's edge. There are many great activities within a short walk, such as jet skiing, para sailing, boating, fishing and many other water sports. Negril is widely known for it's world class scuba diving. There are local classes in which a visitor can be trained and certified. Negril Beach also offers a great opportunity to experience the local culture by browsing the many open air markets right on the beach. There are also many great restaurants nearby, where you can get a taste of the local cuisine. Jerked Chicken is a Jamaican favorite! Reservations requires a 50% payment upon making reservations and 50% balance due 60 days prior to stay. 50% deposit payment option not applicable for the month of December.

CANCELLATIONS:
Payments are fully refundable if notified 60 days prior to trip and 50% refundable if notified 30 days prior to trip. Any reductions in stay or cancellations after that date are non-refundable. Cancellations for the months of December and January must be made by October 1 or are subject to a non-refundable holiday season policy. |
