NO CASH REFUNDS .... we will honor the reservation fee for 11 months, depending availability, review of rental rates, minus 15% booking reservation commission.
A signed rental contract required.
Security deposit will be returned on assesment of property/ damages,payment of extra staff summoned if the case, exesive light usage & receipt for telephone use..( The phone/ light receipts take about 1 month to recive. minus 15% taxes..
For Any prepuchase , transport will be needed & transportation fees will be required..
