| Cancun, the "Jewel of the Caribbean". We have 4 2Bd ocean view condos available for Sat to Sat weekly rentals at very affordable rates! Each condo has a master bedroom with 2 queen beds and a private half bath. There is another guest bedroom with a queen bed and also a full bathroom with common access. Each condo has marble floors, central air, 2 tv's with cable, am-fm radio, ceiling fans, direct dial telephones, a fully equipped full size kitchen, a full size sofa bed, and ocean view terrace with patio furniture. They are all tastefully decorated and fully furnished exactly alike with towels and linens included. You will find everything you need to make this your "Vacation Home away from Home! |
| Located on-site at Villas Marlin you will find three different oceanfront pool areas, two of which are childrens pools. There is 24 hr. security insuring a safe and peaceful enviroment. In front there is a wide powdery white sand beach and a gentle sloping surf safe for swimming. There is also a swim up snack bar in the main pool area, tennis court, an on site mini-market and a pick up and drop off laundry service. There are always plenty of lounge chairs and shaded palapa area available around the pool areas. |
| Our condominiums are loacted in Villas Marlin which is a beach front private ownership property right in the heart of Cancun's hotel zone. Right across the street from the entrance is Plaza Kukulkan, Cancun's largest indoor mall featuring hundreds of different types of shops, dozens of different restaurants, mini-markets, drug stores, banks, money exchanges, cybercafes, a bowling alley, car rental agencies and tour and travel agencies. Just down the street, within walking distance is "La Isla Mall" which is Cancun's newest outdoor shopping center hundreds of shopping, dinging and nightlife options including a Cineplex. Public transportation including buses and taxis are always available right in front of the property. It couldn't be more convenient! |
| To block a reservation, a 50% deposit is required. There is no security deposit required. The only other deposit required is a cash deposit for your personal phone calls that you make during your stay. You can leave a deposit in any amount you wish and if you have a positive balance at the end of your stay you can pick it up before you leave. |

| All reservations require a 50% deposit with the balance due a minimum of sixty days before arrival. Cancellations are accepted up to sixty days before arrival with a full refund minus a $50usd service charge. All reservations with less than sixty days before arrival are considered final and non-refundable. |
These units are available on a Sat to Sat weekly basis.
Complete maid service is provided on Mon, Wed, Fri. and Sat.
Additional maid service is available on Tues and Thurs for a $15usd fee.
Check in time is 4:00pm on Sat., Check out time is 12:00 noon on Sat. |
