Welcome to Casa del Cielo where you can experience beautiful sand beaches, turquoise blue water and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The use of large expanses of glass brings the Caribbean into virtually every area of the villa providing breathtaking 180 degree views.
Casa del Cielo has been professionally designed to provide comfort, luxury, privacy and security. Situated on a 1/2-acre lot with over 100 feet of beachfront, Casa del Cielo offers the best of both worlds - the luxury of the finest hotel combined with the privacy of a walled beachfront estate.
Centrally located on the outskirts of Puerto Morelos, a quaint little fishing village, the estate is a 15 to 20 minute drive North to Cancun Airport and the heart of Cancun or South to Playa del Carmen. These nearby resort areas offer a wide variety of shopping, dining, dancing and much more.
The villa is of exquisite contemporary design featuring spacious living and dining rooms, 4 bedrooms each with private bath (4 private air-conditioned suites). A private 16 x 34 foot pool with swim up bar, roof top terrace, marble floors, countertops and nightstands, and enough glass doors and windows to make you almost feel as if you are outside.
Amenities include air-conditioning, ultra modern kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave. It also has high speed internet with WI-FI wireless access and an entertainment center equipped with a 32 inch flat screen satellite TV, VCR and Stereo. The furniture is imported from Italy and provides comfortable seating for 8 in both living and dining areas.
You can walk out on the covered deck which spans the length of the house for easy access to the pool and beach. Our swim-up bar that seats 8 in the pool is shaded by a large palapa. It's the perfect place to enjoy your favorite beverage in the afternoons. Access to the beach and the Caribbean is just steps away and a wash off shower is provided for your convenience. You can also enjoy a relaxing afternoon in one of the hammocks in our new area among the trees.
The living room features a black marble/glass block bar (seats 6), which lights up at night to provide a congenial atmosphere. For your added convenience the large rooftop terrace also has its own wet-bar and lounge chairs. It is a spectacular setting from which to watch the sunsets over the jungle or stargaze at night.
Casa del Cielo uses quality towels and bed linens. A full time staff provides daily maid, pool, gardening, beach cleaning and security services and will cater to your every need. Breakfast is included and will be served in the dining room or the deck overlooking the pool. Guests are greeted upon arrival by an English-speaking host to provide an introduction to the facilities and answer questions concerning your stay.
Although Casa del Cielo has everything you would want in a vacation home, you may want to leave and enjoy other things that the Mayan Rivera has to offer. Centrally located, you can explore Mayan ruins, botanical gardens, swim with dolphins, go sailing, snorkeling or play golf on several championship courses. And after a day of fun in the sun, you can enjoy an evening dinner at a peaceful restaurant in Puerto Morelos or dinner and exciting nightlife in Cancun or Playa del Carmen. Casa del Cielo is centrally located close to attractions in Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Cancun. It is at the gateway to the Mayan Rivera a corridor between Cancun and Tulum full with tourist attractions. The local area has Mayan archeological ruins, fresh water lagoons, dolphins to swim with, secluded beaches and parks, crystal clear water for swimming, fishing and water sports, horseback riding, Cancun and Playa del Carmen nightlife, outstanding golf courses, great star gazing, caves to explore and much more. Beach Walks
Walking from Casa del Cielo you can walk the beach for miles in either direction. To the right a nice walk is to walk into the town of Puerto Morelos, have a drink or something to eat at one of the many restaurants and then to walk back. Wearing a hat, particularly in the midday sun is recommended.
From Casa del Cielo going left you can walk around the peninsula to an area with hundreds of sea shells (the story is that they were washed up during a storm). If you continue to walk you will come upon a large scuba diving outfit, an Italian Resort and then a Canadian resort where you might want to stop for a bite or a drink before walking back.
Snorkeling
You can go snorkeling on your own right in front of Casa del Cielo the reef is about 200 yards offshore making an easy swim. However unless you are experienced with the reef we suggest that you go out with one of the tours. There is a new dive shop about 150 yards down the beach and their are several snorkel/dive shops with experienced guides in the town of Puerto Morelos. You can take a two-hour snorkeling tour of the Palancar reef for around $20 USD. Well worth the experience. For additional information click here. Horseback riding
There are several options for horseback riding nearby. One is within a 15 minute drive. The costs vary as to what all you sign up for….an estimate is around $40USD for a ride. There are rides into the jungle as well as on the beach. Another trip goes only into the jungle, includes lunch and a swim in a cenote (fresh water spring) and costs $75USD per person for half day. There is no place to rent horses and ride by oneself. You can sign up for trips at the travel agency in Puerto Morelos.
Sport Fishing
There are sport fishing boats for hire which run about $150USD per day for up to 4 fisherman. In Puerto Morelos, you may hire a boat with its captain to take you out fishing. The cost for this runs about $150USD and the boats can generally handle 4 fishermen. These are small (25 foot) boats that are used by the local fishermen. The prime time for fishing is mid March thru August. An annual Sport Fishing tournament is held in May each year that attracts fisherman from around the world. The catches include dorado (mahi mahi), tuna, blue marlin, sail fish, barracuda, wahoo, and other edible fish.
Kayaks
There are kayaks available to rent in town. These are designed more for inside the reef as they are not ocean kayaks. They rent for about $5 per hour.
Other area attractions
Nature theme parks of Xcaret, Xel-Ha and Tres Rios are but a short 40 minute drive. Activities include snorkeling in caves and lagoons, diving, reef views, dolphin shows, jungle hikes and horseback riding. Deposits
Your deposit must be received within 5 working days of the date of your booking request to confirm your reservation.
The deposit due is 50% of total to be paid upon reservation, confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
A security deposit of $200 to cover damages (refund payment minus any charges) upon completion of inspection at departure to be made within 10 days).

Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by e-mail in our office. The following assessments will apply on cancellations:
91+ days prior to arrival - 20% of rent
61 - 90 days prior to arrival - 50% of rent
Less than 60 days prior to arrival - 100% of rent
Christmas and New Years - 100% of rent

Normal check-in time is after 12:00pm and check-out time is before 10:00am with arrivals on Sundays and departures on Saturdays. However, there is considerable flexibility in the check-in and check-out times as well as scheduled arrival and departure dates to accommodate air travel schedules.
