Kokomo, on the island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas, is a large 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on a beautiful secluded pink sand beach. There is a large upper deck with a panoramic view of the turquoise ocean and beach. There is a lower shade deck with hamocks. Walk off the lower deck onto the beach. Great snorkeling right in front of the house. Beautiful reefs within easy swimming distance.
The home is set up nicely for two couples, you can be together yet have privacy. It is almost like two separate apartments but rented as one house.
Two fully equipped kitchens, dining area, family room with a satellite television, VCR, Stereo, and a game room with a full size pool table. There is also a volleyball area.
There are 4 kayaks for your use (2) 2/man and (2) 1/man, also a small sail boat.
Snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, skim boards, all kinds of beach toys.
Just bring your personal items, everything else is here. |
1st Bedroom ---Large bedroom with a king size bed
2nd Bedroom ---Two Twin Beds and Bunk Beds
3rd Bedroom ---King Size Bed (sitting area with couch) This bedroom also is equipped with a TV and VCR with many movies.
All linens are provided including beach towels 1st Kitchen (faces road) is fully equipped with range, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes, pots and pans, etc. The laundry room is next to this kitchen.
2nd Kitchen (faces ocean) is also fully equipped with range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, dishes, pots & pans, etc. This kitchen also has a table & 4 chairs
Dining area is just off 2nd kitchen, can seat 4-6.
Living room has a satellite TV with many many channels including HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Moremax, Cinemax west, movie channels, Sundance, Disney channels. Stereo and CD player.
There is a very large upper deck for sunning and a lower shade deck with hammocks

$2,195.00 per week for up to 6 guests (Jan. - Sept.)
$1,995.00 per week for up to 6 guests (Oct. - mid Dec.)
Extra guests $150.00/ week per guest. No charge for children under 3 years of age but they are included in Maximum Guest count.
Maximum Guests: 8 (Do not include babies that can sleep in a crib)
$2,695.00 per week for Christmas 2007 and New Year 2008 weeks
