| Each party can cancel the agreement with 30 days written notice of the day of your stay. The security deposit will be returned in full after the written notification is received. The security deposit will be forfeited for cancellation within 30 days. |
Lessee will not remove any of the appliances, equipment, personal property or furniture of the premises.
Lessee is subject to the by-laws of the condominium.
