| With any cancellation there is a redeemable $25 service charge. There is a one night penalty at the daily rate or half of your stay, whatever is greater, if your reservation is cancelled (in whole or in part) with less than three days notice. Cancellations must be done by fax or e-mail. Be sure to ask for and keep your cancellation code. |
| We need a credit card number and expiry date to hold the room. We normally do not take anything from it allowing you to save 20% if you decide to pay by cash or travellers checks when you check out. |
This is a great little hotel, especially the staff who obviously enjoy their work, and make a guest fell very welcome. The breakfast/patio area is nice to relax, and occasionally meet other people from all over the world. It is more like a large friendly home away from home, and we will always recommend it to anyone looking for a great central place, yet relatively quiet in San Jose, Costa Rica.
