| Casa Tortuga Villa is a luxurious 5 bedroom villa on Ambergris Caye. Our cook and her assistant prepare three delicious meals daily. We have 25' of beachfront, and the largest private pool in Belize. The 8' high antique bronze horse fountain is from Versailles. Guides pick you up at our dock for snorkeling, scuba, fishing and excursions to the Mayan Ruins, cave tubing, birdwatching, manatee trips, etc. We have all canopy beds in the villa, which are 8' high. The antique walnut bar in the living room seats three. The large white sectional sofa seats 8, and the dining table seats 10, with an additional table for four. The veranda is 60' long, with hammocks on each end, and seats 12 for dining. Our website, casatortuga.com. has photographs of the villa and the guest house. We also have a beautiful guest house next to the villa which sleeps four. The Pelican's Nest guest house has a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. It has one balcony overlooking the Caribbean, and a second wrought iron balcony from Paris overlooking the gardens, with plumeria trees, bouganvilla. hibiscus, and other beautiful flowers. The Pelican's Nest bedroom has an antique stained glass ceiling over the bed, and a jacuzzi tub. The third floor of the guest house is a rooftop garden, with wicker furniture and chaises. The fourth floor is a lookout point. from where you can see all over the island. The staff at Casa Tortuga and The Pelican's Nest take excellent care of our guests, and the atmosphere is delightful. |
| A payment of half of the rental fees is due within 7 days after the reservation is made. The final half of the rental fees is due 60 days before arrival. |

| If a cancellation is made 75 days before arrival, all except 10% will be refunded. If a cancellation is made less than 75 days before arrival date, all except 10% will be refunded, if the villa can be rebooked. For medical emergencies, clients can reschedule for a 10% fee. |
