Come with your friends and family to stay in this large, quiet and sunny residence in the heart of Paris, the central and classy 7th district. A "total makeover" has been completed in Oct 05!
My personal residence ( I am an expatriate living in Denver now) offers 900 sqft of living space: 2 bedrooms (one queen size bed and the other with twin beds), 1 bathroom, a large living room with TV, VCR/DVD player and stereo system, a fully equipped kitchen, brand new bathroom with stackable washer AND dryer, and the luxury of Paris: a large balcony with patio furniture!
It is CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, and located 1/2 block from the Latour Marbourg metro station (purple metro line "Balard-Creteil") where Taxis, buses and RER are also available.
You can walk to all majour sightsd: Eiffel Tower (7 min), Napoleon's Tomb and Invalides War Museum (2 min). Rodin (3 min) and Orsay (5 min)Museums and the Champs Elysees (10 min)! The immediate neighborhood is very lively, with numerous bakeries, restaurants, cafes, conveniance stores and trendy shops.
The famous Rue Cler open market (ask Rick Steves!) is 2 blocks away!!
The private building has a coded front door and elevator to bring you to the 5th floor residence. My Paris manager is fully bilingual and will wait for you in the hallway. He stays at your disposal during the lenght of your stay to answer any questions/concerns you may have.
You will not find a better value for the space and location, so close to all the attractions of the City of Light.
We also rent a smaller residence in the heart of Paris (a luxurious 1 bedroom-1 bath, 700 sqft in the 15th) , a large family house in Burgundy (1h20 minutes away from Paris!), a beautiful independent Villa in Provence, and a beachfront duplex on the Riviera in Eze, between Nice and Monaco. We had a great time and really enjoyed the apartment. I hope to visit Paris again in the future and use your services again. The water was out for a few hours the second morning as they were doing some work outside at the street, but I understand that is out of your control.

What a wonderful experience. The location was great, I hadn't been to Paris in 26 yeras and had very little trouble getting around. Alexandre was terrific and most helpful.

The apartment's location, layout and airflow are excellent. There are several excellent restaurants steps away from the apartment. We enjoyed the Rue Cler open air market and the delights of the nearby bakeries. We loved using the balcony. Alexandre was an excellent source of information and very helpful. I would like an identical apartment for my family's very own.

From September 1-10. 2005, we joined Mr and Mrs XXX in your rue de la Comete apartment and it was a wonderful experience. We have told many firends about it, and how much nicer it was than being in a hotel. I am hopeful that some of our family and friends will be contacting you before too long to experience the memoral vacation that we did.
For us, the opportunity to vacation in Paris by living in an apartment was absolutely the best decision we have ever made with regard to vacation. It made this on like no other, period.
