This cozy apartment sits on the top 6th floor (with an elevator going to the 5th one) of a restored 19th century building in Central Prague, located one block from the Vltava River and from a tram (streetcar) station; "Metro" (subway) is also in a walking distance; if you have a car, there is free parking in front of the building (rare in this central area of Prague); this apartment has a view of the Castle Vysehrad.
Total of 610 sf: one big bedroom with queen size bed, TV, desk and various pieces of furniture; open space of living room and kitchen (includes a modern leather sofa - an optional sleeper, dining table, four chairs, kitchen cabinets, appliances, dishes and basic utensils); bathroom with a window, bath tub, hand shower, hairdryer and a toilet; hall with generous storage in an antique piece of furniture. |

Prague with its wonderful architecture, castles, churches and streetscapes has been known as "the most romantic city in the world".
The Castle Vysehrad is in a walking distance from the apartment; in vicinity, there is also most major points of interest such as Charles Square, Opera, Charles Bridge, Old Town, etc. All can be reached by a pleasant ride on a tram or a walk along the bank of the river. Wenceslaw Square is two stops of "Metro" (subway) away. Nearby, there are grocery stores, bakeries, patisseries, restaurants, pubs, drug stores and "tabaks" (tobaccos) where they sell newspaper, magazines, tickets for public transportation [time-stamp tickets in the wagons] and prepaid T-mobile cards; large shopping mall "Carefour" is across the river. The Vltava River (1 block from the building) offers many attractions, including boat rentals, dinner and jazz cruises, boat transporation to the great Prague's ZOO, etc. |
Reservations are confirmed upon a payment of 25% of the total rental fee; balance (including a non-refundable cleaning fee of $60 and a fully refundable security deposit of $200) is required upon your arrival.
