| Il Colombaio Bed & Art & Breakfast is located in Tuscany,(Italy) in the Maremma region. 5km from Chianti area. A lovely Colonial House in 10 acres private property. For our guests we have the following available accommodations in an apartment of approximately 300 square meter: 6 Rooms, (All with private Bathroom) one Living Room, one Breakfast Room, a Reading Room, a Large Kitchen (usable up on request) 1 shared bathroom, a large Garden with a small swimming pool (5x5 mt. suitable for children),the breakfast is included in the price of the room. The house has been restored and painted by a wonderful Contemporary Artist. The furniture, the beds and most other objects have been hand made by him. All this contributes to making this house a unique and enchanting place where you can spend your vacations for a short or long period of time. |
We are located 15 km from Siena and you can reach Florence and the Mediterranean sea in one hour. 5 minutes away from the Merse River. The Petriolo Thermal spas are only 20 minutes away The nearest Town is "Rosia" located at 1 km from us,there you will find 2 Supermarkets 3 Bars,shops and one Take Away.There are also few very good Restaurants in the area within 5 minutes car drive from us,where you can taste a really good Tuscan style cusine (price range between 10 and 25 US$ full meal).

If you don't give us notice of your cancellation via E-mail,phone or fax at least one week in advance,or you don't show at all at Il Colombaio B&B,by reading and accepting these "cancellation Policies" you agree to give us the right to process your Credit Card of the full amount of your reservation at Il Colombaio B&B.
If you reserve At Il Colombaio B&B,for example,one week stayng and for any personal reason you decide to leave after 2 days,sorry but you still will have to pay the full amount of your reservation.

We will hold your Credit Card information as a guaranty up on your reservation, without processing any transaction.
You will pay your permanence at Il Colombaio at the end of your stayng by cash or Traveler cheques.
