Welcome to the safe, quiet, gated community of Puerto Aventuras! Nestled between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, this gem of the Riviera Maya is approx 1-hour south of Cancun airport.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa offers more than 1,500 square feet of fully furnished and equipped air-conditioned luxury with daily housekeeping service (except Sunday). The kitchen boasts stainless steel fridge, stove, microwave & dishwasher and is equipped with pots & pans, dishes, glassware, cutlery, toaster, coffeemaker – even a blender for your marguaritas!
The master bedroom features a king bed, dressers, desk/chair, full ensuite bath and closet safe. The 2nd bedroom features 2 queen beds and armoir/drawers. All linens and towels are provided.
The living room’s comfortable ensemble includes 2 wingback chairs, 3-seat sofa and a queen-size sofa bed. The dining table comfortably seats 8. The private patio w/ beach view has 2 loungers and table with 4 chairs. For your enjoyment and convenience, there are satellite TVs, DVD/CD players, free high-speed Internet and free local phone calls. Bottled water supplied at no charge.
The grounds are meticulously maintained and include a private sandy beach, swimming pool, wading pool, jet tub, beach & poolside lounge chairs. Onsite laundry facilities, barbecue, kayaks, bicycles and barbecue for shared use of resident.
In the charming town of Puerto Aventuras, you’ll find groceries, beer/wine/liquor, pharmacy, a variety of restaurants, bars, shopping and ATMs all within walking distance of the villa. There’s plenty to see and do: snorkel, golf, tennis, swim with the dolphins, visit the area’s ruins, eco-parks or natural & cultural attractions. It’s the perfect vacation spot for families and couples!

Tenant may cancel at any time for any reason upon written notice to the Owner however the 25% reservation deposit will not be refunded.
If Tenant cancels after final payment is made, no portion of the rental fee will be refunded unless the Owner successfully secures a replacement tenant for the same rental period.

$800 per week if reserved before October 1, 2011
$950 per week after October 1, 2011
Stays between 7-14 nights add $175 per extra night to weekly rate
