This beautiful, private, residential home is located in Playacar Phase 1 of Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
This tropical home setting is at the end of a quiet street -- opposite a beautiful Mayan ruin. It's just a one-minute stroll to the white sandy beaches. And it's within walking distance of downtown shopping and restaurants, a tropical bird aviary, cenotes, tennis courts, and an 18-hole championship golf course.
This property is ideal for large family gatherings, offering a variety of ways to have privacy yet providing large gathering areas as well.The large terraces are perfect for dining alfresco, and there are several smaller areas to settle down on with a good book.A new large gas grill provides extra cooking options.
The first level of Casa Linda is a complete apartment with a master bedroom with a set of twins that can be made up as a king with private bath, separate laundry room, and a large family room with dining area and a full kitchen that is now used in addition to the formal upstairs living area. TV and full amenities make this space a wonderful alternative during the day. Right outside there is also a "pool " room, used for storing all the beach toys and for showering before entering the main house after the beach or before jumping into the pool.
The second level of Casa Linda consists of a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, a dining room, a laundry area with a washer/dryer, a half bath, and a living room with a TV/VCR for video viewing. There is a selection of videos, books, and games for your entertainment. Also on this level you'll find two large terraces from which you can view the ocean or the private swimming pool and gardens.
The third level consists of the master suite with a king-size bed, a terrace, and a private bath with both a tub and shower. Two other bedrooms are on the third level. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, a private bath, and terraces with breathtaking ocean views. The other bedroom has two twin-size beds, a private bath, and a terrace with an ocean view.
On the fourth level there is both an open and a covered rooftop terrace, with gorgeous panoramic views of Playa del Carmen and the Caribbean.
The maid comes in three times a week to keep the house clean and tidy. Our staff will to come by to check on you often to ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay at Casa Linda. We'll be happy to answer any questions you might have, as well as offer suggestions for activities or restaurant recommendations.
There is so much to enjoy around Playa del Carmen. You'll be close to the eco-parks in the area, several of Mexico's famous archaeological sites, the ferry to Cozumel, and shopping and restaurants.
So whether you're planning a quiet and relaxing paradise getaway,( this is one of the few homes in Playa not affected by new construction) or seeking an adventurous foreign vacation, we know that Casa Linda will be the perfect accompaniment to your Playa del Carmen vacation! |

Linda, just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed Casa Linda. Everything was GREAT! What a lovely villa and so well laid out with private areas . My favorite space was coffee each morning from the roof top.
Jan, thanks for answering all of our questions and the quick refund of our security deposit. Your pleasant personality and knowledge of the area influenced our decision on renting.
Larry, your attention to detail and checking with us daily to see if we needed anything was appreciated. Your recommendations for restaurants and advice on beaches etc. was very helpful. Oh yes and supplier of jokes!!
