We will only accept cancellations with advance warning of 15 days of antecedence in high season, and 10 days in low season.
In those cases, we will return the full amount. |
These flats are avaible for rental all year long.
Our minimum stay is three days and a maximum of three months.
Longer stay can be accepted only after consultation.
One flat can be rent for a maximum of two people. We have several flats in the building for rental. |
Breakfast is not included in the price. Breakfast is served daily at the penthouse and it costs USD4/person/day.
Price might vary at high season.
We have smoking and non-smoking rooms.
