This fully furnished villa is located in the prestigious Section A at Pacific Harbour, on the south coast of the main island of Viti Levu. The Pacific Harbour development is known as the “Adventure Capital of Fiji”, as it is the gateway to world class SCUBA diving and deep-sea fishing. In addition to fishing and diving, there are several river rafting operations as well as sea kayaking and jet ski tours. Pacific Harbour is a scenic 2.5 hour drive from the Nadi International Airport and a 45 minute drive to Fiji’s capital city of Suva. The villa is only a short walk (5 minutes or less) to the beach.
The spacious, 2,000 sq. ft. two-bedroom, two-bath villa has high open beam ceilings and lots of windows opening out into beautifully manicured tropical gardens (and is fully-screened). Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and an air conditioner. The bedrooms are screened with French doors opening out to the garden or to the pool area. The dining room, living room and kitchen are all integrated into a “great room” so that nobody misses out on the fun. The living room has an entertainment center that includes color TV, VCR and CD/DVD player with surround-sound. You will have one local TV station and two Sky Network channels.

Amenities include: Private pool, BBQ, bikes, kayaks, tennis rackets, golf clubs, TV, VCR/CD/DVD, movies, games, books, linens, towels, washer, dryer, hot water, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, stove, fridge, fully-equipped kitchen including pots & pans, cutlery, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. Master bedroom has queen-sized bed with single trundle bed underneath. Second bedroom has two double bunks with queen-sized bed on the bottom & single on top. Housekeeping services can be arranged, including babysitting and cooking.

Bicycling: We have beach cruisers that you can use to ride around the area. The roads, other than the highway, are safe and fun for the bicyclist.
Kayaking: We have two one-man kayaks and one two-man kayak for your enjoyment. Free use of the kayaks and bikes are included with the rental! The canals around Pacific Harbour are the perfect place for the amateur kayaker. For the more adventurous, you can kayak out the channel to the beaches for romantic sunset or a drink at the hotel.
Golf: Pacific Harbour has a newly renovated 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed course. We have a total of three sets of clubs, two men’s and one women’s that you can use for free, but you will have to pay the green fees and cart rental at the pro shop.
Tennis: The villa comes with tennis rackets and tennis balls, but the hotel charges a fee to use their courts.
SCUBA Diving/Snorkeling: The diving at the Beqa Lagoon is world class. There are at least three dive operations that can introduce you to the underwater world here in Fiji. You can just dive or you can take PADI courses to upgrade your certification. For those non-divers, Pacific Harbour is the perfect location to get your Open Water certification. For the intrepid diver, there is a “shark dive” that will get the adrenaline flowing. Experience a shark feeding frenzy at 100 ft below the surface! You will view, up close, various types of reef sharks, bull sharks and, if you are lucky, a tiger shark……… Dive boats also cater to those individuals who prefer to just snorkel in the shallows.
Deep Sea Fishing: There are several boats that can be chartered, leaving out of Pacific Harbour. It varies by season, but you will find walu, wahoo, mahi mahi, assorted billfish, and tuna. Notify us in advance if you are interested in a charter and we will liaise with the local captains.
Whitewater Rafting/Kayaking: Pacific Harbour is the base for whitewater rafting in Fiji’s picturesque Namosi Province. Again, it is best to have your places booked before arrival to assure a place.
Surfing: Access to Fiji’s Frigates Passage’s huge lefts begins at Pacific Harbour. Other smaller breaks are also accessible by surf charter. Contact us for more information on surf conditions and charters.
Cultural Activities and Shopping Trips: The villa is a 5-minute walk to the newly renovated Cultural Center and Arts Village. Enjoy the cultural experience which includes Fijian Fire walking and the famous Dance Theatre of Fiji. There are numerous shops, including a well-stocked grocery store. Shopping trips into the capital city of Suva can be easily arranged.
Restaurants: Pacific Harbour boasts of a newly renovated 4-star hotel which is home to several restaurants and bars. There are a number of small local eateries, one specializing in Fijian food and several which specialize in Indian food. Two serve “European” dishes including hamburgers and French fries! There is also a great coffee place which also serves breakfast and lunch.

| Should you cancel within 30 days, your deposit can be applied to future stays or 50% can be refunded immediately. If we are able to rent the villa for your cancelled period, we will gladly refund your deposit. |
As the villa is located in the prestigious Section A of the Pacific Harbour development, our guests are asked to remember to be conscious of noise levels.
Check-in is at 2:00pm and check out is noon. As many international flights arrive in Fiji very early, if there have not been guests at the villa the night before, we are happy to accomodate you for early (even VERY early) check in.
