The spacious, private, fully furnished, two-bedroom, one bath villa sits on a bluff overlooking the ocean and surrounding reef. The house has high ceilings and lots of windows opening out onto beautifully manicured lawns and incredible ocean views. The veranda, which overlooks the ocean, is accessible through French doors with retractable screens and has a patio table and six chairs. All doors and windows are fully screened. Each room has a ceiling fan. The dining room, living room and kitchen are all integrated into a �great room� so that nobody misses out on the fun or ocean views.

| Amenities include: TV, CD, DVD player, assorted music Cds, movies, books, linens, towels, beach towels, washer, dryer, outdoor clothes lines, hot water, water storage tank and pressure pump, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, stove, fridge, fully-equipped kitchen including pots & pans, cutlery, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds. A crib and portable crib/playpen are onsite also. Housekeeping services can be arranged, including babysitting. |
Situated on Upolu�s beautiful south coast with one of Samoa�s most scenic beaches less than one mile away. Spectacular waterfalls and beachs abound with Samoa�s unspoiled beauty. There are two restaurants within 10 minutes, one either direction from the house. The villa is located in Vavau, Samoa and is approximately 30 miles/one hour drive to Apia and 1:40 minute drive to the Faleolo airport. Island tours are available. On the property, a short distance away is an island store run by relatives of the homeowner. Local buses run 3 times daily to/from Apia. Apia is home to Author/Poet Robert Louis Stevenson's Estate "Vialima", a state run Museum, a large craft market and fruit/vegetable market. A drive along the south coast will take you to numerous unspoiled beaches including the beautiful Vavau beach and Return to Paridise beach. Inland you can view Sopaga and Fuipisia waterfalls plus others, and go swimming in Togitogiga waterfall. Most of the resorts/hotels have a FiaFia nights, which feature traditional dancing. There is also Scuba diving available on the island.
