Angthong Villa was created in the traditional “Southern Thai” style with a “colonial” Architecture influence. Its designers followed the path of creating a house of dreams set in tropical beach surroundings.
Angthong villa main house with its Royal Thai grandeur sits atop of a magnificent fish pond with a water fall and has a very large living room, a library gallery and four deluxe appointed bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, all facing a perfect view of the beach front and ocean.
The grand room comprises of a spacious living and dining area with cathedral height thatched ceiling offering large sitting area with a huge screen home theater TV with surround sound system and a large DVD movie library. An inside dining table for 10, a fully equipped bar with an Italian coffee machine and a gallery with a library and high speed wireless Internet and office utilities.
All four en suite bedrooms offer an identical view of the pool and ocean and are in oriental design for comfort and relaxation. All bedrooms enjoy a royal size deck with lounging areas and comfort chairs.

Attractions
Koh Samui most popular attractions are not far away from Angthong Villa. The Hintai Hinyai rocks, Hin lad waterfalls, Namuang waterfalls, Magic Buddha Garden, The butterfly, The crocodile farm and the snake farm. Angthong Villa manager will be happy to offer you and guide you through Samui’s attractions.
Buddhist Temples
Samui's fame as the beach and coconut isle is widespread, but few visitors realize that it also has a wealth of Buddhist culture. From ancient Buddha images to modern colorful temples, there is a vast selection of interesting sites to visit and sights to see; Wat Phra Yai – Big Buddha, Kunaram Temple – Mummified Monk, Wat Plai Laem, Coral Buddha, Wat Sumret, The Leam Sor Chedi, Wat Sila Ngu and the Buddha's Footprint. Please remember to dress politely (no beachwear or revealing clothing) and to behave with respect in temple grounds.
Golf
Santiburi Samui is on-the-hill golf course where each of the 18 holes has been positioned along the different altitudes of the natural hills.
This spectacular course traverses a mountain range and coconut plantation, which offers the greatest vistas and views of any golf course in Thailand.
Night Life
Bars, cabarets shows and discos are mainly in Chaweng and Lamai located. Green Mango, Raggae Pub, Full Circle and Bauhaus are the main discotheques. The Chaweng is 10 minutes drive from Angthong Villa.
Shopping
Shopping in Koh Samui is limited to three major areas; these are Nathon market, Chaweng market and Lamai market. Many kinds of retail goods from all over Thailand are available to make sure that you enjoy great shopping on Samui. Thai silks and handicrafts are just two examples of Thai goods, which have become internationally famous.
Water Sports
Diving, snorkeling and fishing. There are many scuba diving schools located around Samui, offering a wide range of dive facilities. There are also tours available for snorkeling, fishing and excursions. The area of Koh Samui, Koh Tao, Koh Phangan and Angthong Marine National Park are very famous dive places.
Jet Ski, Water Ski, Wake board, Kayaks and Catamarans can also be found in Samui.
SPA
Massage has a long history of therapeutic healing in Thailand. It has been practiced for centuries as it still is to day. The theoretical basis of Thai Massage lies in the theory of energy lines running through the body. Out of the 72,000 energy lines said to be in existence, the focus is on the 10 major lines, called "Sen”. Working on these energy lines will help to remove any blockages and allow free flow of energy through the body.

Initial Deposit - An initial deposit of 50% of the Villa rental must be paid before the booking is confirmed and a contract comes into existence. No contract will exist with Angthong villa until the funds and the signed booking form has been received and accepted by Angthong villa. If funds are not received within 5 banking days the reservation shall be deemed as being cancelled. Should the booking be cancelled, cancellation charges will become payable in accordance with cancellation Paragraph hereto.
PAYMENT
Payment of the outstanding balance must be paid at least 30 days before the day of arrival. If Angthong villa does not receive the balance by the due date, Angthong villa reserves the right to cancel the booking and cancellation charges will apply. If the booking is within 30 days of the arrival, the whole cost of the Villa rental shall be due at the time of booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit using a credit card empty signed slip payable to Angthong villa with the arrival of the guests. This is to cover the cost of any damage or breakage's during the rental period of the Villa's or their contents.

If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, Angthong villa must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received. The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing:
60 days or more before arrival date:
Deposit returned.
Within 30 days of arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited.
The above cancellation charges also apply if Angthong villa cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require be changed or amended, cancellation charges shell not apply. Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of Angthong villa.
ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY ANGTHONG VILLA
Though it is unlikely that Angthong villa will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Villa, Angthong villa shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For example, but not inclusive, if the property is damaged or rendered unusable Angthong villa will endeavor to locate an alternative property for the period required but no guarantee is given that this can be done. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, Angthong villa will cancel the booking and refund in full, less any bank transfer charges, the amount paid to Angthong villa. Angthong villa shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.

Rates: Prices are per night per the all estate in US Dollars.
Price is including breakfast, house menu, hot and cold beverages and alcoholic drinks.
Terms and conditions
Bookings - Angthong villa will accept your inquiry for booking. Bookings are on a 'first-come, first-served' basis and are for a minimum of three (3) nights. Angthong villa reserves the right to decline a booking without giving any reason. A booking will be held confirmed once the initial deposit has been paid and the terms and conditions have been signed.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
Guests should assume the Check-in time is after 14 noon, and checkout time is prior to 12 noon, unless otherwise agreed. Account will be taken where possible of flight arrival/departure times etc
REGISTERED GUESTS
Only those persons stipulated on the booking form may reside at the property as guests. Please notify us as soon as possible of any changes. The number of people staying at the property must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the website or elsewhere, except in the case of infants (under two years old), or unless specifically authorized. Should the owner or the local representative find that the number of people staying at the property exceeds that on the booking form, he may, at the absolute discretion of Angthong villa, ask the extra person or persons to vacate the property forthwith. No camping is permitted in the property grounds. Angthong villa regrets that no pets are allowed on the entire property.
INSURANCE
It is a condition of the booking that the entire party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including evacuation and repatriation coverage). Angthong villa is held harmless by you and your party against all claims including any accidents related to the use of the Villa facilities or locally procured third party services such as, but not limited to, watercraft, water sports, jeep or motorbike rental.
Angthong villa shall not be responsible for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events outside Angthong villa control such as civil disturbances, fires, floods, severe weather, Acts of God, acts of Government etc.
By acceptance of this contract it is assumed by Angthong villa that this requirement has and will be complied with in full.
CONDUCT & BEHAVIOUR
The person signing the contract is responsible for the correct and appropriate behavior of the guests staying at the Villa. Should any member of the party not behave in such a manner, Angthong villa owner or local representative may at their absolute discretion ask the offending guest or guests to vacate the Villa forthwith.
STAFF AT THE VILLA
The services of staff are included at the villa. Additional services such as those of cooks and/or drivers can usually be sourced, although such services cannot be guaranteed. Please give ample notice as possible; especially at peak holiday seasons and we shall try to assist. Angthong villa can assume no liability for such contracted staff. The rates for these services will be provided in advance and shall be paid as incurred direct to the Manager at the Villa.
VALUABLES
Any valuables left at the property is left at ones own risk. Neither Angthong villa nor the owners nor the staff are responsible for their loss or damage.
