Located only 4 miles from popular Old Silver Beach; 2.5 miles from ferry parking, mini-golf, ice cream, Dunkin Donuts, Fish Market, pizza, liquor store, convenience store, restaurants, and bars; 5 miles from Mashpee Commons, Falmouth Mall, movie theaters, and Barnstable Country Fairgrounds. 1.3 miles off the highway and about 10 minutes from the bridges and water park. Bookings prior to May 2003 50% deposit required at booking, plus security deposit, balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings made after May 1st require full payment, plus security deposit, at time of booking.
