Each has a set of bunk beds, a sleeper sofa, and a private bedroom with a queen size bed. A privacy fence and 24 hour security offers peace of mind. The front desk personnel are always happy to assist you or your family with any of your desires. Located just minutes from downtown, the USS Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, as well as many other Museums and the new state of the art minor league ballpark built for the Houston Astros.

The interior features include fully equipped kitchens with microwaves, stove with oven, and full size refrigerators. Two TV's with free cable and HBO. Full Room Service provided by "Order Inn" when you don't feel like going out. There are two swimming pools-with one heated, two hot tubs, BBQ grills, and picnic tables are located at every turn. Easy access to the beach with a boardwalk for those morning strolls. Free ice machines, covered parking, and elevators. Brand new washer and dryers on every floor, we also have pet-free as well as pet friendly units available.

Guests staying for 30 days or longer are entitled to a special, reduced monthly rate.
Refunds are not given in the event of early check out.
In the event that a guest checks out early, the cost of the stay can not be converted to the regular nightly rate for the occupied condo, plus tax.
The monthly rate may be paid by cash, check, money order, or credit card, however, every guest paying by the month must present a credit card at check-in to cover for items missing or property damage.

| Pets welcome(if under 25 pounds) along with a non-refundable pet deposit of $40. A valid Visa or Master card is required for deposit, or $200 cash. All rental charges are due at time of check in. All rates are subject to change. A refundable deposit of $100 is due at time of reservation. If deposit is not received your reservation may be canceled without notice.
