This Non-Smoking cabin is just wonderful. Dream Catcher is a one of a kind. With one bedroom this cabin comes complete with two full baths and was recently re-decorated with very comfortable log furniture. Make yourself at home with the wide variety of authentic Old West and Native American works of art and artifacts, as well as some works by local artisans. It features a loft with a pool table and white cedar log twin bed, overlooking the great room. The Master bedroom offers a beautiful white cedar log King size bed. In addition to the wood burning fireplace, the Great room has a white cedar log couch that folds out to a queen size futon which comfortably sleeps two adults. The wooded views from the front and back decks are breathtaking. Complete with all the amenities, this cabin offers 1100 square feet of living space and sleeps five.
Dream Catcher is centrally located between downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and is only minutes from the areas most exciting attractions. Refunds: You are responsible for your reservation at the time of booking, there are no refunds due to equipment or mechanical failure. We will do everything in our power to rectify these situation(s), should they arise as quickly as possible so that you are not inconvenienced. There are no refunds given for early departure or inclement weather.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds. Should you need to change your dates, you can reschedule your reservation any time without penalty as long as the change is processed at least 30 days in advance of your stay. A $50.00 reservation fee will be assessed for changes made with less than 30 days notice from the original reservation date. Cancellation in less than 30 days from arrival will forfeit deposit. Holiday bookings are subject to a 60-day cancellation period. |
Payment policy:
1/2 of total is due and payable by credit card at the time of reservation, the balance is due in full upon the date of arrival and will be charge to your credit card on the business day directly preceding your arrival date. If payment is made by money order, it must be made in full at the time of reservation and must be at least 15 days before arrival and a valid credit card is still required for security purposes.

Check In Time: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. During peak season, there may be a slight delay and your patience is appreciated. You will receive your passcode for the keyless entry by e-mail and also in a small information package that we will mail to you. If for some reason you don't get your passcode prior to check in you can call (865)-654-4499 to obtain the code. Our office is open Mon. thru Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00 PM @ (513)-515-4855. We can be reached after hours @ (865)-654-4499.
Fireplaces: are turned off during the summer months and turned back on when weather permits.
Maintenance: Monday Friday 9am - 5pm unless an emergency. What is an emergency? No heat or water any other will be taken care of during the next business day.
Housekeeping and Occupancy: Upon arrival, please report any damages, shortage of supplies, or housekeeping issues immediately by calling (865)-654-4499. Please review the cabin binder and abide by hot tub procedures, rules, and precautions. Linens and towels are provided along with kitchen ware and utensils. A starter supply of soap, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels will be provided.
Departure Procedures: Check out time is no later than 11:00 a.m. LATE CHECKOUTS WILL BE CHARGED $25.00 PER HOUR AS ADDITIONAL RENTAL. Our cleaning staff must ready the unit allowing the next guest checking in to have their unit on time. Please make sure cabin looks the same way as when you checked in. We do realize that the sheets and towels will be dirty. Please make sure all of the dishes are washed and put away. Please make sure that all of the cabin furnishings are returned to original place. Please make sure that in the summer you set the air conditioning at 75 degrees, in the winter 65 degrees and please in winter only-leave water at a very slow drip in the kitchen sink (WINTER ONLY). Please put the trash in the large can on the porch. You are responsible to make sure that all doors and windows are locked and please return key to Lock Box or if you have an electronic code entry, please make certain it is locked.
Payment: All reservations must be secured by a valid credit card, kept on file, for security reasons. We require half of your reservation total up front, as a deposit, either by credit card, money order or cash. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ON ARRIVAL. Deposits paid by money order must be paid in full at the time of booking at least 15 days prior to arrival.

06/14/04 Positive We stayed at the Dreamcatcher for 4 nights May 28 - June 2, 2004. When we walked in we couldn't believe how clean and nice it was. My daughters 11 and 7 loved it and wanted to just stay at the cabin and go nowhere else. They want to move to the mountains. We really enjoyed ourselves and thought the cabin was in the perfect location. We loved the hot tub, rooms, pool table and everything that went along with our trip. We will be back to do some hiking in the mountains and will checking on Dreamcatcher's availablity. A+ Place

Stayed at the Dream Catcher April 8th thru Easter with my two teenage sons. We loved the cabin, very new and clean and comfortable. My sons loved the pool table and hot tub, everything there we needed to cook, dvd player, and loved the location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. My son's said it was one of the best Spring Breaks we have taken! Thanks Craig!

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT GETAWAY TO THE MOUNTAINS, YOU MUST STAY AT DREAM CATCHER. WE STAYED APRIL 2004,FOR OUR 30TH ANNIVERSARY. THE CABIN WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING,EXCEPTIONABLY CLEAN AND NEAT!! My wife and I recently stayed at the Dream Catcher Chalet to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. The chalet is beautiful on the inside with knotty pine walls and log furniture that makes you feel right at home in the mountains. My family and I stayed at your cabin in February. We had a great time! The cabin was new and very well kept. There was no one in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. It was like we owned the whole town. No wait at any of the resturants and great deals at the outlet stores. This was the most relaxing vacation I can remember in a long time. We'll be back same time next year.
