The complex consists of 8 one-bedrooms and 5 studios. All units are furnished and self catering, airconditioned with cable TV, electronic safe,
radio, hairdryers, terrace, balcony or walk out patios.
There is a fridge, cooker, toaster oven, coffee maker cutlery, dishes, pots and pans in each unit.
There is a restaurant and bar on the premises and we feature 100% vegetarian meals & seafood, caribbean dishes, indian dishes all home cooked and prepared with fresh herbs, grains and spices.
We have a private access to the beach which is a secluded cove where excellent swimming and snorkelling can be enjoyed and safe swimming for kids.
From the apartments you can walk along the weach for 3.5 km to other hotels, bars, restaurants and shopping centres. In Holetown you will find a 24 hour medical centre, many botiques, three shopping plazas, banks, supermarkets, and many restaurants and bars also internet cafe.
Golfing is nearby, Polo field is near by, theatre, tennis and an underwater Marine park in Holetown.
All units are surrounded by tropical gardens of shrubs, fruit trees, flowers and well landscaped lawns.
The atmosphere is informal and unpretentious. We offer a home away from home vacation, where relaxation is the key.
Our apartments appeal to singles, couples and families.
We arrange your round trip transfer upon receipt of your flight details, car rentals, all tours and attractions, and if you would like to get married you can do son in our gardens.

If reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival there is no refund of deposit. If reservation is cancelled before the 14 days the fee is US$100.00 per unit.
In the instance of "no-show" the penalty is 1 night per unit. |

Daily rental for the studio apartment from Dec.15/07 to April 30/08 is US$110.00 +10% service charge + 7.5% Vat. For 1 or 2 persons in apartment
Daily rental for the one-bedroom apartment from Dec.15/07 to April 30/08 is US$119.00 +10% service charge + 7.5% Vat. For 2 persons. Third person charge is US$25.00 daily + taxes.
One child under 6 years accompanied by 2 adults is free.
One bedroom units can accommodate a couple and 2 small children 12 years and under or 3 adults.
