Villa del Sol has been our Island paradise for many years. Now the Dominican Republic has been discovered and we look forward to sharing this special, still unspoiled treasure with you.
Paulina, your cook/maid/housekeeper will prepare your meals and pamper you with her irrepressible personality. We call her La Professora because she so enjoys teaching her guests Spanish and the local culture.
The house has three bedrooms upstairs and a fourth with bath off the garage is suitable for children or flexible adults.
The Galleria on the top of the house is the center of daily life. The perfect place to start the day with breakfast served by Paulina and certainly the place to end the day watching the sun set and enjoying the island's special drinks.
The beach is out of a picture book. It is a horseshoe shaped cove about three-fourths of a mile long. White sand meets the gentle surf. Palm trees line the edges. It is a beehive of activity. People watching at its best.
Due to a change in our circumstances we invite offers to purchase this wonderful villa.

| Between the services of our staff and what the villa has to offer you shouldn't need much. Everything is furnished except your bathing suit which is pretty much all you need for day use. The MBR has a/c and all rooms have ceiling fans. Forget the laundry and cooking. Paulina will do that. We have cable in English and Spanish if you must and there is a small library where you can leave your excess paperbacks. If there is something you want we probably have it. Just ask. |
| There is so much to do in the Dominican Republic that it has become the #1 tourist destination in the Caribbean. Scuba diving/snorkeling excursions leave daily from our beach to some of the best diving in the Caribbean. Hiking from our Villa is great and the beach ascends right into the mountains. Our local staff will plan and assist you with tours of all kinds. Several of our people own vans that they rent and deliver to the house for day use. Cell phones are available at the villa for far less than the one you bring with you that doesn't work in the DR anyway. Paulina is our irrepressible cook and housekeeper who is worth the trip all by herself. Take a look at some of the testimonials in our guest book to see how she pampers. (See below). |
