which point the rental fee is nonrefundable. (Exceptions for short
notice bookings)
* For cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, I will
refund the earnes/damage deposit. If I am able to rebook the
property, I will also refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each
day that is filled.
* Special circumstances may apply for exceptions. |
25% of rent is required as earnest money to block the requested days.
At day of arrival this becomes the damage deposit that can be fully refundable.
Special circumstances and Holidays may require 50% instead of 25% |
