The upstairs living room has a big screen tv/vcr with cable and the home has surround sound throughout. Large balconies provide views to the national forest.
This beautiful home has dining room seating for large groups.
The spacious living and dining areas are complete with a gas woodstove fireplace and state of the art kitchen.
Downstairs three more bedrooms are joined by a second entertainment room and an additional indoor spa/sauna room. There are 5 queens, 3 twins, and a small pool table downstairs.
Bedrooms have private forest views. Also included are covered decks, BBQ and full laundry facilities.
Upstairs the master suite includes a private bath with two opposite showers falling into a circular whirlpool tub. King size bed and two twins.
Heavenly valley ski resort & stateline casinos are only 10 minutes away door-to-door.

Marshall Trail Mountain elegance is directly adjacent to national forest lands. Right out the back yard you may hike, cross country ski, or play in the snow.
Our full spa room has a hot tub and looks out onto the national forest.
The home has bedding for up to 18, including a king, 5 queens, 4 twins, including bunks, day bed and trundle, and a full sofa bed.
The luxurious master suite has a large bath and walk-in closet.
Our beds are comfortable and the bedding and pillows are new. |
