and South and there are more amusement parks nearby than you can
count including Disneyland and Legoland. There's definitely

bedrooms, two full baths, and two large patios. Hardwood floors,
tile, and like new carpet makes this place exceptional. Top of the

returned within 14 days of departure, less $125-200 cleaning fee (depends on size of group). |

To secure the condo the security deposit of $500 must be sent within 7 days of making your reservations. The total deposit minus $125-200 for cleaning (depending on size of group) will be returned with 14 days of departure, if no damage has been reported.
The entire rental fee is due 45 days prior to your vacation arrival date.
Cancellation received 30 days or less from the arrival date shall be subject to a $500 cancellation fee and 50% of the rental fee. |
