CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations are subject to a 30 day cancellation policy. If booking is canceled 30 days or more, prior to reservation start date, deposits will be returned, minus a $30 processing fee. If a booking is canceled less than 30 days prior to the reservation start date, the deposit is non-refundable, but may be rescheduled. If booking is canceled 72 hours or less, prior to arrival date, there are no refunds or reschedules. KP Properties cannot refund monies due to circumstances beyond our control.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
Guest(s) are required to guarantee reservation by providing KP Properties with a CREDIT CARD NUMBER and Completed Contract. Credit card will be processed the day of your arrival.
PETS
KP Properties is Pet-friendly! If you’re interested in including your pet please be sure all pets are on a leash for their safety while in accordance with Thaoe Keys Resort.
LOSSES & DAMAGES
Any and all damages to the home by guest or negligence by guest resulting in damage to the home or contents will result in costs to repair and billed or charged to the guest Credit Card on file. Guest(s) shall be solely responsible for any property damage, accident/injury to any person or loss sustained by any person, including loss of money, jewelry, and other items of personal property, arising out of or in any way related to Guest(s) use of premises or the items of personal property provided by KP Properties at Guest(s) request. Guest(s) shall inspect and be familiar with property use and application such prior to using them. Guest(s) hereby agrees to INDEMNIFY and hold KP Properties harmless of any and all claims including those of third parties, arising out of, or in any way related to Guest(s) use of premises or the items of personal property therein. Guest(s) assumes the risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities or services ordered through the KP Properties for guest use and will hold OWNER and its Agents harmless with respect there to. Owner and Agent are not responsible for articles left on premises. There will be an additional charge in addition to shipping charges for handling the return of any articles found by housekeeping.
OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT/ RESORT AMENITIES
Outdoor equipment (Hot tub, Bicycles, etc.) is for your own enjoyment. KP Properties is NOT Liable for misfortunate occurrences.
A daily or weekly pass can be purchased from the Tahoe Keys Association to access all Resort Amenities including Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Indoor Pool & Spa, Outdoor Pool, and Private Beach & Swimming Area. Boat Docks and Boating Launch Area also available at additional cost.
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE
Guest(s) shall leave premises in neat and undamaged condition. All dishes must be washed and put away. All food must be removed from refrigerator and property. All trash removed and placed outside of unit for later pickup. Furniture must be placed in its original location. Doors/windows locked. All Bedding must be washed and dried for cleaning service.
