The Strands Suite is located on the ocean side of Pacific Coast
Highway in Dana Point, California. Located in the renowned "Gold
Coast" region of South Orange County, the 121 acre parcel
called "The Headlands" lies one quarter mile south of the famous
Ritz Carlton Hotel and immediately north of Dana Point Harbor.
Steps from Southern California's soft, white-sand beaches and one of
the state's most famous surfing and boogie boarding beaches, the
Strands Suite is the perfect get-a-way for families, honeymooners or
individuals seeking a little peace and quiet.
We're centrally located to several Southern California cities and
guests are encouraged to explore the many sites offered to them.
Laguna Beach, with its fine art galleries and eateries, lies just up
the road. Hollywood and San Diego are equal distances to the North
and South and there are more amusement parks nearby than you can
count including Disneyland and Legoland. There's

One bedroom with king size bed, one bath. Queen size sleeper in the
living room. Top of the line linens and appliances. Private
kitchen and laundry. Private patio with barbecue and patio table.
Suite is equipped with two televisions, DVD player, VCR, CD player,
AM/FM stereo, movie channels, high speed internet, and a movie
library.
We've also provided beach chairs, an ice cooler, umbrella, and beach
towels for your days at the beach.

Beach, hiking, biking, golf, tennis, racquetball, basketball,
fitness center, gym, amusement parks, fishing, horseback riding,
shopping, restaurants, live theater, cinemas, museums, sightseeing,
swimming, snorkeling/diving, boating, sailing, water skiing,
surfing, windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiing, rafting and much, much
more! There’s definitely something for everyone!

$500 deposit must be made within 7 days of making reservation. Deposit will be returned to you within 14 days, less $125-200 cleaning deposit (depends on size of group), if no damage has been reported.

Cancellations received 30 days or less from the arrival date shall be subject to a $500 cancellation fee and 50% of the rental fee.

returned within 14 days of departure, less $125-200 cleaning fee (depends on size of group).
Rental fee is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations received 30 days or less from the arrival date shall
be subject to a $500 cancellation fee and 50% of the rental fee.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Additional charge for more than 3 people.
Additional charge for pets.

Wow, better than any hotel I have stayed in. Sleeping in 300 plus count sheets,
down comforters, waking to the chirps of birds and walking across the street
and seeing blue waters for ever. If this is not what they call paradise I don't know what is.

Your condo is one of the most beautiful places I have stayed in. Wow you know how to shop. I felt like I was staying at one of the finest hotels in town minus all the noise. It was so romantic waking up to the surf and walking to
the sTarbucks Coffee and reading our paper. This town is paradise. We will definetly return.
