This ultra modern custom built three story house is just steps to one of California's most beautiful coastal secluded beaches. It comfortably sleeps 12.
On the Main level (Second floor) it has a huge wet bar, a fully equipped kitchen with grill, a huge two story exposed fireplace, contempoary living space, a large plasma television with cable and dvd player, a dining area, laundry room, and a huge bath room with adjacent bedroom.
The lower level has a private suite with a mini kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom with shower, two private entrances, a large screen television and its own living area that doubles as a sleeping area.
The top floor boasts an indoor jacuzzi with ceiling dome window, a steam bath, a private patio sun deck with an accessible bedroom. The Master suite has romantic mood lights on the ceiling, huge king size bed, a flat screen television and a dual sided fireplace that is adjacent to its two person bath tub. The top floor also has a business center and the whole house has wireless internet connection.

Silver Strand Beach offers all water activities including but not limited to fishing, boating, kayaking, sailing and more. Enjoy walks on the sand, excursions to Catalina, Anacapa, and the Channel Islands. There is a variety shops and great restaurants to choose from including one that provides dinner aboard a gondola.

All Reservations and Bookings are subject to availability. Each accommodation requires a (3) day minimum stay.
Reservations Can only be made (60) days in advance of arrival date and require 20% deposit.
Reservations less than (60)days prior to arrival date must be BOOKED and paid in full.
Bookings made less than 72 hours of arrival date are not accepted without written authorization from a Beach4shore representative.

The price is solely for accommoations and does not inlude airfare, transportation, food or beverage, cost of activities, telephone use, cable, extra cleaning, or additional services that may or may not be provided during your stay.
