If cancellation occurs 3 months or more prior to your starting date; you will receive all monies back. If your cancellation occurs within 3 months of your arrival, you will lose all monies paid; unless the house is rebooked for another party.... at which time you will receive a refund less $100.
Security Deposit will be refunded after your trip providing there are no damages or infractions of the rental policies. |
