Only five minumtes to five of Colorado's major ski areas (Breckenridge,Keystone, Copper Mountain, Loveland and Arapahoe-Basin) Four major golf resorts are minutes away.
Our home treats you to 1600 sq. feet of living space with two large decks with mountain views and a BBQ, heated garage, stone fireplace, hot tub and laundry room. Each of the master bedrooms has a full private bath. The third bath is on the main level. Our home is maintained with a home away from home ambiance rather than a rental atmosphere.
Our home is located above Lake Dillon, near National Forest trails, and has direct access to 130 miles of bike trails.
It is a terrific ski or summer townhome with large entree area for equipment and clothing storage. No need to haul everything up flights of stairs.
