We have 4 lodges. We can sleep between 20- 70 persons under one roof or up to 110 under 2 roofs with in one mile of each other!
These are one of a kind properties. one a newly constructed LOG home. There are four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms in the main house and another two of each in the attached unit. Guests can choose to rent one or the other or BOTH if hosting large groups.
The home's name is Summit Peaks and is the trophy home in the area! Over four years in the construction, Master Builder Steve Wilson spared no expense when creating this masterpiece. Some of the logs measure 24 inches in diameter and over 250,000 pounds of Douglas Fir were used to complete this icon!
Summit Peaks is furnished with all the modern appliances and furnishings, including TWO sets of washers and dryers. All three of the common areas have pull-out sofas and huge 32 inch SONY TVs. New Satellite DirecTv service has also just been installed!
The main living area boasts view of Lake Dillion and surrounding peaks as you sit in the warmth of the of an elegant gas stove. The main floor has unique individually cut pine flooring that makes the place even more comfortable.
Many discounts are available to Summit Peaks'guests! (meals,liquor and rentals!!)

| Activities (on site or nearby): Ride the Summit Stage from outside our door for free transportation to the slopes or make the short 15 minute drive to Keystone or Copper Mountain. It's 20 minutes to Breckenridge or Arapahoe Basin, 30 minutes to Vail and 90 minutes to Steamboat Springs. Summit County is known for its wonderful ski resorts and outdoor activities of every kind. Shopping at the four-plex factory outlet malls is less than three miles away. Beautiful Lake Dillon is visible from all windows in the unit and less than four miles away. All the below activities are available in the general area! Security Deposit and Payment:
A $400 security deposit is due with your first 50% down payment at time of booking; this will hold your requested dates. The Balance is due 90 days prior to your stay. The security deposit is refunded in full with in 2 weeks of you departure from Summit Peaks if there is not damage to our home. |

SUMMIT PEAKS LODGE
The following policies are for Summit Peaks reservations only. Deposit and cancellation policies are for Summit Peaks exclusively! Please call for additional information. Summit Peaks is a nonsmoking Log Cabin.Summit Peaks requests that you remove your shoes when you are in the house, please bring slippers if you are uncomfortable being "barefoot". Remember all the floors are toasty warm.The Lodge is suited for children of all ages! For weddings and family reunions, Summit Peaks welcomes children, but asks that they be supervised. There is a four-person maximum in each room. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival must be paid in full at time of reservation. Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival -- 20% charge. Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival -- full amount forfeited. Cancellations policies vary slightly during holiday periods. In all cases, we will do our best to rebook rooms -- if we are successful, we will gladly return all money received minus a 20% processing fee. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved. Minimum nights stay may be required during busy times at The Lodge. There is a lost key charge of $25. |
