Winter rates are for 2 adults and children 16 and younger;
$120.00 per week each additional adult
Minimum rental period one week ; from Saturday to Saturday
Two week minimum required on all rentals during Chritmas, New Year and
Easter periods.
Please add to the rental fee 9% Florida tax, cleaning fee of $150.00, security deposit of $350. A 15% or $350 security (whichever is greater)deposit is required to hold reservation. No Pets. No Smoking.
