Separate $1000 refundable deposit required at time of booking, along with Half the total charges ( including 7.5% sales tax). 60 days prior to arrival, the FINAL payment amount is due in FULL.
AFTER final inspection is completed deposit (-) minus cleaning fee of $325.00 will be mailed out. Usually 3 weeks for proper attention to property and mailing time.

Please treat this house with Respect. It is a wonderful home with nice belongings.
No pets.
Smoking Outside, we do have covered screened in area, with ceiling fans.
Please wash off all items brought from the beach. They will rust and no be available for the next visitors. That may be YOU.
Other than that ENJOY yourself and what we have to offer!

***We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. The kids didn't want to leave. The house is in a great location and is absolutely gorgeous. Minimal walk to beach. Close to nice restaurants and marinas. Plenty of room for two families. Would love to stay there again in the future. Didn't have a blender so we had to buy one. Everything else was provided.

*** What can I say...? Well renovated house by an experienced interior designer. Inside feels like a mansion. More Big flat screen TV's then we can watch, Wireless internet, spacious house,Very well lit, Close to beach, (when I heard one block I was worried but it�s a minimal walk.)
****My family wanted a place to stay on the Atlantic coast, and we found the perfect place. The day we arrived the owners called to make sure everything was good, we noticed that there was no beach towels. They took note; we came back from dinner that night the beach towels were on the kitchen table. Incredible service. I recommend this to any family looking for a comfortable home away from home.
