Walking up Virginia Street brings you to White Street, the new Mecca for arts and entertainment, plus Faustos grocery, the White Street Bakery, and another Key West hot spot, Sandy's Cafe or the best cafe con leche on the island. Plus, you are across the street from Saint Mary's of the Sea Grotto and Church.
A perfect location, Casa Manana is a historic conch cottage with Bahamian Queen Anne architecture, state of the art detailing, and delightful amenities. Dade County pine walls, one floor living (no stairs!), high ceilings, and the only porch detail of its kind on the island.
This house offers extensive outdoor as well as indoor living space. The front porch is a window on the world of Key West. The private deck off the kitchen allows for cozy outdoor dining and grilling as well as a secluded seating area off the master bedroom; plus the pool area offers more outdoor dining and seating options, plus chaise lounges for soaking up the sun.
The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for visiting guests or family, CATV, DVD, large screen TV with stereo surround sound system. The kitchen is outfitted for the gourmet chef with granite countertops, soft lighting, blender, dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and everything necessary to prepare meals or heat leftovers during your extended vacation here. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, huge walk-in closet, a TV/DVD combo and a newly renovated granite and marble bath with rain showerhead and double vanity.
The guestroom has its own private entrance, closet, queen-size bed, TV/DVD combo, and French doors opening onto the pool. The guest bath features an art glass window, tub and shower, plus a washer & dryer combo.
The gated and fenced yard is a lush tropical garden landscaped with the plants of paradise. Hi Speed wireless Internet allows you to keep in contact with the world you left behind either poolside, deck side, or from the privacy of your bedroom. |

Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to reserve. Final payment is due 60 days prior to check in. Reservations that are booked inside 60 days from arrival are charged full and final payment at time of booking. There is a $25 non-refundable reservation fee on every reservation.
Security Deposit
There is a $1000.00 security deposit required with your final payment. It must be a certified bank check or money order. A refund check will be issued within 10 days after check-out if no damages to the property were incurred.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy is 60-days prior to arrival and the cancellation fee is $200.
Hurricane Refund Policy
If you have concerns about possible trip interruption or cancellation due to an impending storm, hurricane watch or warning, mandatory evacuation or hurricane aftermath that may prevent travel to Key West, please purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance as no hurricane refunds are offered. Policies
Important Vacation Rental Information
Monroe County, Florida has a 28 Day Rule. The Monroe County Board of Commissioners has voted to disallow short-term rentals in most residential neighborhoods. This means we are no longer allowed to rent these homes on a weekly basis and can only rent for periods of 28 days or more.
In-season / Off-season Dates
In-season: Usually runs from Dec. through April.
Mini-lobster Season is the last consecutive Wed.and Thurs. in July.
Off-season: Usually runs from May through November.
There is a $25 reservation fee on each rental.
Cleaning Fee
There is a $200.00 cleaning fee applied to the rental.
Telephones
A long distance block is on all phones, calling cards or credit cards, or collect call must be used for all long distance.
Check-in / Check-out
Most check-in times are 3:00 P.M. if you need to make alternative arrangements, this can be done. Check-out time is 11 A.M. Cleaning people will arrive at 11A.M.
Returned Checks
A $50 check fee will be charged if a check is returned to us by the bank for insufficient funds.
Smoking
This is a non-smoking house. Smoking is allowed outside only and ashtrays are provided. If you do chose to smoke inside, an additional fee of $250 will be charged.
Guest Responsibilities
The rental agreement specifies the number of adults and children allowed to stay as guests in the unit. If a number greater than the agreed upon number and ages occurs, you will be asked to leave with no refund.
The guest signing the rental agreement assumes all responsibility for the actions and behavior of all guests and agrees to follow the rules of the property posted therein.
Our properties are in residential neighborhoods and are unsuitable for loud parties, events or entertaining groups. If behavior or noise results in a noise complaint or any violation set forth by the City of Key West laws and ordinances, or any other violation of the rental agreement, you will be asked to leave with no refunds given.
If guests lock themselves out of their unit and the office staff is called to open the unit, a $100 charge will be imposed.
If keys are lost, there will be a $50 charge for each set of lost keys.
If personal property is left behind and it is necessary for the items to be returned, a $25 fee, in addition to the cost of the postage and containers, will be assessed. |
Rates
Published rates are subject to change without notice and do not include 7.5% State Sales Tax, 4% Monroe County Tourist Tax, or other additional fees some properties may incur.
Festival, special events and holiday rates include Christmas, New Years, 4th of July,Fantasy Fest, Power Boat Race Week, Easter, Yacht Race weeks and Lobster Sport weeks are 20% higher than that Seasons rates. |
