We have a fully equipped Kitchen and Spacious Family Room and Dining Room.
The villa is on a Conservation Area which allows for some privacy

We are approximately 15 minutes from Disney and 20 - 25 minutes form the International Drive area.
Daytona Beach is approxamately 1 Hour away.

A deposit of £200.00/ $350.00 is required for all Bookings.
There is also a Security Deposit required for all Bookings, which is returnable on the villa being left as it was found and no Damages |
We operate a No Smoking Policy inside the House. Smoking is permitted in the Lanai Area if Required.
