Our villa is the ex show model villa, it was lavishly furnished to the highest standards, no expence was spared, we have 5 double bedrooms with 3 seperate bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, with seperate dining area, we also have a second dining room for those large dinner partys, there is a second sitting room, with a large screen t.v Outsid ewe have a lovely pool with Jacuzzi, very private no villas behind us, We have a fully fitted games room with air condition, also a pool table and air hockey, also we have a computer connected to Broadband you can surf the web day and night, we are located only 5 mins drive to Disney, you can see the Disney fireworks at the pool each night thats how close we are.
The area is very well serviced with local shops, we also have the best resturants located only 5 mins walk from the Villa, the villa is set on 3/4 acre site , and there is only 32 Villas in this community, with electronic entrance gates . we have have 9 t.vs throughout the villa each with a D.V.D Player there is even a t.v by the pool . If you want to relyyy pamper yourself then this is the Villa for you, the local management company that operate most of the villas in this community will cahrge you minimum $2500 U.S.D per week by booking Direct with the owner you can save up to 50% from this price.
We are located Just across the road from Formosa Gardens, only 1 mile west off highway 192.
The pool and Jacuzzi get the sunshine from early morning till about 4pm daily.
