Our villa is the ultimate family accommodation in Orlando Florida, the tourist capital of the world. Set in the sunny Florida country side yet only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World where you will find The Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Disney MGM Studios, Epcot Center and many other attractions, shopping and dining that keeps us wanting to return year after year.
The villa is located in the well known and established community of the Manors North, Westridge on the US27 between the 192 and Interstate 4. Our 4-bed, 2-bath luxury villa with south facing large screened pool and patio area is available for you to rent.
The master bedroom has double queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk in wardrobe and double patio doors leading to the screened pool area of 40ft x 24ft with single door from pool to en-suite bathroom.
The pool and patio areas are south facing which is essential for sun worshippers.
The remaining 3 bedrooms consist of one double queen size bedroom, and two twin single bedrooms, all have walk in wardrobes and are linked to the second bathroom.
The kitchen is open plan to the living and dining areas abd is fully equipped with large cooker, microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker. All you need for the occasional dining in. Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room equipped with the latest washing and drying machines, complete with iron and ironing board for all your needs.
The living room and dining rooms are open plan with dining table, chairs, two seat and three seat sofa. Large screen cable TV, video and entertainment Ctr. Double sliding doors lead to the pool and patio area where you can relax on the sun beds or sit around the patio table enjoying a cool drink or two.
Nearby world class golf courses also provide a leisyrely way to spend the day.
There are approximately 15 golf courses within the proximity of the villa.

| Security deposit of £150 will be requested along with balance to be refundable within 28 days of returning home. Your deposit will be returned to you after a satisfactory Inventory check. |

More than two calender months. Deposit forfeited.
Between one and two calender months before departure. 50% of cost forfeited.
Less than 28 days before departure 100% of cost forfeited,
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the balance is not paid by the due date. |
