Whether you're dining with a meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, or relaxing in and around the pool, a holiday home provides an ideal accommodation.
All of our vacation villas are block-built on generous sized lots. You will be impressed by the light and airy design and the quality workmanship both inside and out. Standard features include air-conditioning and a double garage. For added convenience, your home comes equipped with a washer and dryer. Your fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, ice maker, stove and oven, microwave oven and a dishwasher. Our homes are stocked with linen, towels and kitchen utensils.
The exterior of your home is enhanced by a professionally manicured lawn, and a superb swimming pool. The pool deck is fully screened to add a degree of privacy while protecting you from insects and softening the sun's rays. The patio surrounding the pool is ideal for sunbathing providing you with the perfect Florida tan. The patio is also ideal for relaxing, barbecuing or enjoying a quiet evening with family and friends. Each also features a garage, personal garden, and is fully furnished with most of the amenities you will need.
In the living room you will find a color television and comfortable clean surroundings. All of our villas have very spacious split family home designs to make it convenient for 2 families to share.
In order to keep our homes in excellent condition, a one time departure fee is required for housekeeping. Sunsplash offers all our guests excellent customer service and a specialized maintenance team that is on call at all times. The homes of Sunsplash Travel are licensed by the State of Florida in accordance with the requirements of the Department of Hotels, and are inspected by them 4 times per year.

The vacation villas of Sunsplash Travel are conveniently located in Central Florida, an easy drive from Orlando International Airport and downtown Orlando, Just minutes from Walt Disney World and close to all other area attractions. We have many Restaurants all within easy driving distance from your villa. There is also convenient shopping and Downtown Disney/AMC Theatres/Shopping is not far away. We also have fantastic Dinner Theatres such as Medieval Times, Arabian Nights, Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede, Pirates Dinner Adventure and Sleuths Mystery dinner show. There is also Championship golfing, Water parks, horseback riding, fishing, Animal parks and so much more. A one hour drive to either the east or west will bring you to the glorious beaches along the Atlantic and Gulf coasts. |
Reservation Deposit
A reservation deposit in the amount of $100.00 is required which goes towards the total balance. Once received, your reservation will be considered reserved (guaranteed). Reservations cannot be guaranteed until the reservation deposit has been received.
Bookings are taken on a first come basis. We do offer other homes that are of the same quality at the same rates. Please contact us about availability of those homes directly. We require a valid credit card # to secure your reservation and your deposit of $100 must be received to process your booking.

Cancellations & Refunds
The reservation deposit and any payments made, minus an administration fee of $100.00 will be refunded in full for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For all cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, the entire payment and the reservation deposit will be will be forfeited.

Payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to the check-in date.

Pet Fee and Policy
A fee of $200.00 will be charged if a pet will be in the home during your stay. Pet fee is refundable in the event that there is no hair or other damages. Any cleaning required will be deducted from the pet fee deposit.

If you wish to stay longer then monthly we have reduced rates for extended stays of 2-6 months. Some of the Optional Features we offer are listed for you below. Please be sure to mention these items during your booking so that we can make the arrangements with other companies for them to be in the house upon your arrival.
Pool Heat: $120 a week minimum use or $300 a month; Gas Heater-$220 per week
Cribs, Strollers, and Highchairs: $40 per week
Rollaway Beds: $40 per week
BBQ Grills: $45 per week
