New 4 bedroom, 2 bath pool home on a cul-de-sac in the Woodbridge subdivision. Located within 15 minutes from all the area attractions. Several golf courses are within minutes from the home. The backyard backs up to wooded reserve. Private pool is heated, screen enclosed and has a water slide. Pool size is 15' x 30' and is between 3' and 6' deep.
Home has one king size bed in the master bedroom, one queen size bed in the second bedroom, two twin size beds in each of bedroom three and four and one queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. |

$250.00 deposit per week upon reservation. Balance due on day of arrival.

Anytime we can rebook the time reserved or if you cancel up to 3 month before arrival, we will refund your deposit minus a 10% cancellation fee.
Should the home not be rebooked and you cancelled between 3 and 1 month before arrival, your deposit money will be credit to your customer account for future use.
Should you have to cancel less then 1 month before arrival and the house cannot be rebooked, you will forfeit your deposit. |

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
No smoking allowed inside the home - screened pool/patio area is a designated smoking area!

We charge a one time cleaning fee in the amount of $70.00 per stay.
Rates do not include the local sales-/resort taxes.
Standard solar pool heat is provided free of charge. Optional electric pool heat is available in the winter month for an additional $15.00 per day or $100.00 per week. |
