Bridgewater Crossing is a secluded development of private luxury homes with a mix of residential and vacation properties. The development is situated on County Road 54 just 4 minutes from the main I-4 (Interstate 4) highway. The proximity of the development to the I-4 means that Disney, and all the other main attractions are less than 15 minutes away!
Our fully air-conditioned, 4 bedroom executive home is situated on a lakeside plot with an uninterrupted view across water and natural wetlands and conservation area. With the added benefit of your own private pool and spa (with optional gas heating), it makes an ideal spot for private relaxation after your days at the theme parks. The bedrooms will sleep 8 people in comfort. Additionally, there is a facility to sleep 2 further people on a large sofa bed in the Great room – making 10 in total.
In addition to your own private pool and spa, the development also features a communal pool and terrace, lakeside seating and barbecue area, volleyball and tennis courts and childrens' play area – all available exclusively for residents and guests. These facilities are free of charge for our guests. |

Our families would like to thank you for letting us rent your beautiful home the first week in March 2003. The home was very clean, organized, magnificently decorated and much more than we expected. There was plenty of room for both our families. The ten of us enjoyed the beautiful pool and nicely heated jacuzzi. the mornings were wonderful, sitting out by the pool and listening to the birds singing by the pond in the backyard. Everything we needed to use for the week was there. The house is very close to Disney World (about ten minutes at the most) and not hard to get there. This is a beautiful neighbourhood and an excellent choice to own a vacation home. We would love to rent it again in the future. Thanks again for making our Florida vacation one we will never forget.

We had the pleasure of renting the villa in theOctober of 2001, and it was truly Superb! The villa is situated on a pleasant and peaceful estate, with convenient road networks to the Disney attractions. The villa is extremely well decorated and fully furnished to the highest of standards. The pool and patio area command open views over lakes and countryside. The pool itself is excellent and the spa and Jacuzzi a real bonus. This was our third time in Florida and this villa was by far the best. We hope to return again this year and Steve will be our first port of call. This villa is highly recommended and a major factor in ensuring the perfect holiday.

As promised a message from us regarding your house in Florida. Wow! what a lovely place. From the moment we stepped in until the moment we left (unfortunately),we loved it. The brochure does not do it justice. So spacious,comfortable and relaxing.It really made the holiday for us. Without wishing to sound to gushing, but as a group we all felt that had we been in a hotel etc, we would not have enjoyed ourselves so much.
